Fail. Too much electricity is required to cause an earthquake less would be required to damage the ionosphere. Now why in the hell would anyone damage the ionosphere? You know that COULD potentially burn the atmosphere if solar radiation penetrated it. I don't know why anyone would believe that this stupid HAARP array has been made to kill anyone anyway. There are more dangerous things in the world (like MOAB bombs and laser systems) that are actually real and dangerous, HAARP is a ******* joke!
