we have been a socialist society (in america) since the well-fair state was implemented, to prevent another great depression. we have been living in a socialist democracy for our entire lives, it's all we know and you're letting the failed system blind you while it calls itself something entirely different, so if you fear socialism being implemented, you have no idea what socialism is and probably don't have the motivation or attention span to learn,so prepare to be the minority...and good luck.
