1- He and McBride are close personal friends; she has performed at numerous events he hosts, one among them being the highly renowned Freedom Concerts.2- The chorus of the song reflects the position of the Republican Party as the GOP reform party. Now that the Dems have control of the executive/legislative branches, the ideals many Americans hold dear are in jeopardy. But the GOP will fight to let freedom ring and make the guilty pay. Hopefully, the day of reckoning is near.I love this song!
