If thats what you want to believe then by all means go for it. Just know that there are other people including christians that disagree with you. I can understand and see that point of view, but strictly speaking that is not what the bible says.

I do have issues with the hypocrites, but I also have separate issues with your "God." I didn't explain them, and I don't need to. But rest assured there are two separate cases.

Jesus is clearly talking about the motivations of a persons heart when they pray in Matt 6. also, prayer was more elaborate for the Jews. the main point, though, is where a persons heart is as they engage in prayer. someone can be walking down the street praying silently and you would never know it. or they could be standing on a corner head bowed eyes closed or whatever or shouting it out loud. its a matter of the heart. a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
