@gremlinjr the only person not fitting in here is someone who decided to post a negative comment about a video that THEY clicked on. nobody held you at gunpoint. learn your lesson and you'll be left alone. be the bigger person here and admit what you did is wrong. and also don't assume that you know you've been listening to music alot longer than me. how do you know how long i've listened to music? you don't, so don't assume. and the only foul language i've spat at you is the truth.

@gremlinjr and i hope this REALLY sinks in. i listen to a WIDE variety of music, remember how i knew of leadbelly? you can talk all day about "lasting" but the bands you've mentioned i've never heard and more than likely never will. that's not lasting, that's not even making an impact. like what you like, stay out of other people's way, and just get some headphones.

@gremlinjr there is an entire genre of music that is all dedicated to the 90's and even a station on sirius xm that plays a shitload of 90's songs. that is not going to fade, the problem you seem to have is that the 90's beat all the fads that came before and left them in the dirt. it was the last awesome decade of rock music. after the great 90's passed everyone sat in awe of the momentous amount of rockage and said "we can do no more, let's everyone just start rapping and techno."

@gremlinjr trolling on the internet is commenting on videos or blogs or whatever that contains something you don't like yet you visit it to put negative feedback for no significant or constructive reason. simple as this, don't like it? don't f'in click or watch it and if you do, don't comment. "good music" is whatever the fuck i like, not you right? that's how it is in the world. what i determine is good, is, and what you like is just garbage? not only are you old, but also immature.

I am not being rude or condescending. --- what the hell is this trolling? .. thats what ya do fishing.. you mean going from video to video? .. that's what people do here...... the old age has kicked in ... but I still know good music when I hear it.. I like Nightwish, Within Temptation, Hammerfall, Cannon, etc also.. just bought like 10 cd's of that stuff... I guess time will tell about "fading" won't it?? .. run along and play nice......

@gremlinjr of course i've heard of him. i use the internet and i read alot. that doesn't mean the average person would know who that is. my point is people like what they like and they remember songs from certain points in their life. i completely disagree with your point that much of the 90's stuff fades away faster. that could just be your old age kicking in. and don't comment "no offense" when you are blatantly being rude and condescending. quit your trolling.

Hey don't get me wrong, I really like this song, and many others by Fuel.. -- If you are referring to Leadbelly, the Blues singer... that's exactly what I mean.. even YOU have heard of him- that IS an ex. of Lasting.. Too bad these guys just kinda disappeared. Much of the 90's stuff.. Just seems to fade away faster... no offense kid.. :) ..have a great day! ROCK IT!

@gremlinjr not lasting? that's relative. for me its lasting because its what i grew up with, maybe not for you since you came from the days of big hair and rockin' hurricanes. i love 90's bands it reminds me of my high school years. its a generational thing man, i don't see a wave of leadbelly fans protesting today or yesterday's music... they're gone, and soon your generation will be then me. that's what this song is about. you don't understand?
