In SKIF the second kiai is not at the last move but if you look and listen better you will see that the second kiai is at the first jump.. Don't hurry to dudge a Master... He knows very well what he is doing...

@richardsmith1990: @richardsmith1990: Someone has grabbed your arm and is trying to pull you in their general direction, you keep tension with their grab as to steady them. You then release the tension by jumping and kicking them with your right foot. (Be it in the face, arm, knee, etc.) You land safely and stand up for the next opponent where you block and counterattack them accordingly.

i saw one very optimistic bunkai for it somewhere, cant remember where. imagine the hand that you pull back is representing a katana (sword) you jump and kick it out of the offenders hand, then another attacker from the front tries to thrust a sword, you duck that, step up and block it out of his hand, its a VERY optimistic bunkai and im sure there are many others but thats one i have seen, il try to find another some more bunkai, more realistic ones |
