Even though i was only 1 when this came out, most music I listen to is late 80's early 90's. But yes I agree, Beck obviously grunge, Heck, this doesn't even remotely sound like hipster music.

Just to set all the young people commenting on this song/video/artist . correct. you all were most likely in diapers or not born yet , to all of you that enjoyed this song while in grade nine or ten when it came out , you most likely understand ............. this was considered grunge.. same label as nirvana ... there was not hipsters back then ,,,, the word and label HIPSTER should be erased..............
