SURE TYPE actually works.. its amazing, i didnt think it would but it does. Im sorry but the above review saying the T9 keypad is better is just plain wrong. I do understand lots of folks want a one-letter-per-key qwerty rather than the two letter per key version like the pearl. that being said, most users will likely find the layout fne for their purposes. the only exception would be heavy texters used to a traditional qwerty, for whom it would take a little getting used to but overall be fine.
