use the very tip of your tongue, and breathe out slightly when you are doing fast high hats.. also, try and make certain high hats louder than the others, it makes it easier to go fast. for example..B t T t Keh t T tT t T tKeh t T t ... with the captal "Ts" being the louder hi hats. having a variation with loud and soft high hats helps you to go faster whilst reducing the "sss"
