@KonvoyChief I think he is referring to the soup which seems to be fattening. The jewels of fat in ramen seem to be very heavy compared to other types of noodles I've eaten, but I like it. My parents make Pho (Vietnamese noodles) and when the soup gets cold, I see a thick layer of fat that solidifies at the top. I can imagine it being even thicker in ramen noodles.

I AM CHINESE. The instant ramen and realy ramen is different thing. ramen is from china to spread ,chinese called lamian and because the japanese high gdp so make it very expansive ,but chinese lanzhou lamian is famous and delicious |
