not true... I knew a pair of sisters, one LOVED Backstreet Boys and HATED N'SYNC... and the other sister LOVED N'SYNC and HATED Backstreet boys... I thought it was odd, because I liked both groups...

It's funny to me when I look in the comments and I see people comparing something so similar. In truth, the only difference between K-pop and an american boy band is the language it's sung in. It doesn't matter how they look or sound, it's the same music no matter where it is. Even if you don't like one, it doesn't change that, it still will be pop music.

this really singed in (bye bye) ->pop music but it really breaks in one big landmark in history it was like what 7 or 8 years in a row where good quality music pop production introduced and a sudden fall and gone

K-pop is just only composed of people with plastic surgery boys, unlike the 90's boyband, they have natural good looks. koreans are not usually loving their own natural faces.
