Spiritual sages throughout the ages tell us that everything comes out of nothing. The essence of everything including heavytom89 is nothing...The mind, which is just a bundle of thoughts, is the Matrix. When attention to thoughts drops, then the truth is seen. The truth is always available, but is hidden by the non-stop thoughts most people watch (out of habit)...

well if nothing can come out of nothing than someone must have created god to. Or can something come out of nothing???

No "one"...how can that which always was be "created"? Everything spontaneously arises out of nothingness, which is not a thing and beyond mind concepts...

Not really. You're mistaken. Besides, quantum mechanics has shown that you don't have to have something in order to get something out of nothing.

This is a beautiful rendition of the Golden Section. Well done. It never ceases to amaze me how something so simple can be so utterly profound.

Whether you believe in God or not, eventually you track existence back to the point where "Who created" is an irrelevant question. Creation is an idea that exists inside our physical reality, it may well be that the spiritual creator or in your case, the state of the universe before the big bang, has always existed. How long it has existed is beyond our minds; we cannot grasp existing without time, which even science says did not exist before the big bang.
