Clearly you're unfamiliar with and uneducated on the game of (American) football, or else you'd know that all of the players featured in the video were members of teams prior to the shooting of the footage, and that this was actually just an advertising campaign for fantasy football, a game in which regular people at home can "draft" players onto a team they create within a league.
