Saw this car running around town yesterday and it didn't smell like biodiesel it smelled alot more like karosine or jet fuel. I'm sure it will run on Barcardi 151. also.

So GM has a history of having stopped the electric car before, but build Jay Leno a car that runs on BioDiesel? Does anyone else find that strange?

Imagine the waste products, noxious fumes, and emissions that were created producing the carbon fiber body, high grade turbine assembly, and the tooling needed to produce this one off car. It's a zero sum gain. Sure it burns biodiesel, but it will never be driven enough to offset the production inputs to realize a net emissions savings. Besides, this car is not the hottest biodiesel capable car around, the Audi R10 race car could easily be adapted to street and biodiesel use.

Jay leno has crazy money! Even if he wasn't funny, he could make his money sellign and trading these cars. Have you seen his jet-bike?

I really like this car. Its design seems along the lines of a futuristic Cadillac.
