@NoxInvictus1225lol1) Pentameter is not a musical term (at least to my knowledge). It is a literary term used commonly as a pattern for poetry.2) I did not say this piece did not have any of the elements of music I listed. I stated that all music does not have to have those elements to be considered music.3) if one were to forcibly organize anything, I'm sure one can map out the beat, meter and etc. However, when I watched the video, observed that it seemed rather improvised than planned.

@thricex05 as you did make a mildly valid comment on the context to the sound being used here, i have to at least inquire as to how you can prove or indicate that the noise composition played here has no meter, pentameter, key, rhythm or beat. i would think that even for the most elementary composer, you would be able to identify all of those traits here, as ephemeral as the harmonic dynamic is, its clear he is organizing his material into structured movements.
