This song isn't about teaching the formation of sentences, or anything like that. Many of the sounds that come up in this song are sounds that tend to be difficult for native Japanese to pronounce. The thought is that through hearing and practicing the song, their English pronunciation and accent will improve. This is why you can see Jenny's face in the corner - so that children can see the movement of her mouth and better emulate what she's saying.
