I have no TV and only got to see this series by chance, as it was available on DVD at my library here in France. I couldn't stop watching it and I didn't want it to end. Good TV does exist, but it's so, so rare.

@BlakeVII US is region 1 DVDs... If the UK which I think is considered region 2 doesn't have a version there's not much that can be done, except:On Amazon, buy a US DVD player (region 1 DVD). Then get the Profit complete series box set. You're fixed up!

I wrote my last comment well over almost 2 years ago and still no DVD release of this great series. It's frustrating because I've seen all manner of obscure rubbish released on DVD.

Fox cancelled it because of low ratings but it was close to finding a huge audience. The creators said, "We were shocked we got away with this series!"

Love this.  The whole series is out on one DVD set. I remember the show came out the same time Early Edition premiered. E.E. lasted longer than Profit did.
