no. no it's not.Hip-hop is singing to music that usually features more instruments and focuses about equally on the vocals and the melody.Whereas rap is basically talking, be it fast or slow, with a lot of emphasis on the beat.That is why they are put in different genres. As a person who grew up on them, I know.That being said, this IS a great song ^^
