Though I like the other advert better (you know, because it had Concorde, which is my favourite plane of all time), this isn't THAT bad. Still, we need to find a way to resurrect Concorde (and improve it and reduce the costs so everyone can fly) and stop people from sitting 8 or 10 hours because today's planes can't go to Mach 2

You are entitled to your opinion but no need to be arrogant. As for the ad it may not be the most original but it is effective. If you knew anything about advertising you would know that one of the challenges is to get the viewers to accept the message.The ad was done in such a way to retain attention while 'softly' sending their message using a typical scenario of travelling yet making it interesting and memorable. These are strategies used to combat sales resistance.

Wow. Last year's commercial was pure beauty. Coming from an aviation background, it brought tears to my eyes with its great words, visuals, and tone. This commercial is by no means anywhere near as synonymous with the true emotion of flight as last year's.
