Love the idea of "using gravity" and making a place for the cold air to sink, I guess that's why people put plants on tables in green houses. Maybe a better idea would be to build a space like a basement under the green house..

MAYBE A GLASS OR FIBERGLASS ROFF ON A SQUARE OF STRAW BALES WITH A GRAVEL FLOOR AND A COMPOST BIO DIGESTER NERBY . ADD SOME FISH AND AQUA CULTURE TO FEED THE PLANTS. USE THE HEAT AND METHANE FROM THE DIGESTER TO HEAT THE GREENHOUSE.

WHAT ABOUT UNINSULATED STRAWBALE WITH THRMAL MASS OF GRAVEL FLOOR, SOUTH FACING WINDOWS AND A BIO DIGESTER TO MAKE COMPOST AND HEAT THROUGH A COIL IN THE COMPOST PUMPED INTO THE GREENHOUSE AND THE METHAN FROM THE COMPOST TO HEAT IN THE WINTER.
