I totally agree if it was like a prescription you can pick up its different. if like you say you take the cost of the drug and make it pure you not only allow them to become working people you cut the risk of overdose

@thegoldenvodka - if heroin was legal then those so called friends could potentially get a job / work and be quite focused rather then planning each and every day how to score first to keep going so you can get thru that work day. The 'chase' of organising, funding and purchasing on streets prevents those who want to work and maintain some form of normality too, just can't disagree with you enough. Sorry touchy subject ...
