红烧茄子
主料：茄子辅料：香菇 西红柿、木耳、葱、姜、蒜调料：味精、白糖、酱油、醋、料酒、淀粉烹制方法： 1、将茄子去皮切厚片 表面轻切花刀，再切成滚刀块，放入油锅中炸至金黄备用； 2、葱姜蒜末中加入少 泡发好的木耳、香菇，调入料酒、酱油、白糖、醋、味精拌匀，锅中留底油，倒入调好的汁，水淀粉勾芡，放入西红柿、茄子快速翻炒均匀即可。 特点：鲜香适口，外酥里嫩。

五香茄子面
主料：圆茄子、面条辅 ：五花肉、西红柿、红椒、姜调料：盐、味精、白糖、八角、酱油、香油、五香粉烹制方法： 1、将茄子去皮切成丁 加少许盐腌制，西红柿、五花肉切丁备用； 2、坐锅点火倒油，待 热后下入姜粒、五花肉煸炒至出油，加入八角、茄子大火翻炒，再加入西红柿，加盐、白糖、酱油调味，焖制三分钟，出锅前放入红椒丁炒熟，加入五香粉、味精、香油，浇在煮好的面条上即可。特点：爽滑筋斗，咸香适口。
